The Unarchi Design House is a design house dedicated to the highest levels of detail and creative expression. We believe that HERITAGE and MODERNITY should co-relate with FUNCTIONALITY and AESTHETICS. We find our inspiration from the everyday whims of life and we strive to create experiences the inmates of the space would enjoy. A hybrid created once never to be repeated that sets all our creative cells to play.
UNARCHI in Tamil means emotion which are innate, natural, inborn and happy feelings that are stirred when you are surrounded by people you love or in a comforting space. Ethos is what the practice is defined by. A true essence is what comes from the set values. It is that which resonates on the design itself.

This is Fouzia Zia, Our Founder & Principal Interior Designer for The UDH, short for the Unarchi Design House.​

Being a part of the industry for 10 years in designing Premium Residences, we are now experts in creating child centric spaces for new & growing parents.​
A zealous- inborn nature to design and execute the said to reality is an art one acquires over a period of time. The experience has fueled her with knowledge and leadership abilities to it's finest.

Fouzia is a dynamic entrepreneur and as the founder of her own interior design firm, she brings a deeply personalized and evolving design philosophy to each project, adapting fluidly to client visions while maintaining a refined aesthetic.

With a passion for creating functional yet emotionally resonant spaces, Fouzia blends creativity with strategic thinking to deliver designs that are both elegant and livable.
